You can and should do each of the drills she demonstrates A LOT! You don’t have to throw a ball each time. You really want to work on the motion. I would recommend doing these drills every time you practice pitching. Do 10-15 of each EVERY time!

On your knee, backhand toss tennis balls into a laundry basket as shown in the video. You can use sock balls or wiffle balls if you don't have tennis balls.

These drills are great for working on a variety of in-game scenarios and fundamentals! All you need is a ball and a wall. Use a tennis ball or racquetball so it comes back to you better. ALWAYS catch with your glove hand. You can use your glove as well! Infield: 0:00 - 1:44 Outfield: 1:44 - 2:03 |
