PLAYERS BORN IN SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER WILL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL YEAR OF ELIGIBILITY IN THEIR 2023 AGE DIVISION. 2024 PORTAGE PRIDE INFORMATION: COACHING AND PLAYER INTEREST FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE. You can and should do each of the drills she demonstrates A LOT! You don’t have to throw a ball each time. You really want to work on the motion. I would recommend doing these drills every time you practice pitching. Do 10-15 of each EVERY time!
