During the COVID-19 Safer-At-Home Order and during any part of the off-season, we encourage you to use the training resources in this blog to develop your skills and stay active so you are ready for the next softball season!

Make sure to ALWAYS use or draw a home plate. Keep the bat at the top of the strike zone. Let the ball come to you. Do not “go out and get it.” You want to absorb the impact of the ball so that it doesn’t go too far out by the fielders. At the Varsity level, we bunt A LOT and win many games because of it!
