SportsYou is our official communication app. It is used for most team communications in addition to emails.

We encourage all parents, players, coaches, and other volunteers to download the "sportsYou" app on their phone. If you do not have a smartphone, you can create an account online at www.sportsyou.com/signup.

Main features include: ability for coaches/PYS to send out notifications/alerts to full teams or the organization, ability for coaches to chat with the entire team or specific members, and the ability for members to directly chat with other members. Additionally, team schedules will be synced from the main PYS calendar on a hourly basis. (Always check the PYS website prior to events for last minute changes that may not appear on the app yet.)

We will still send out emails, but especially once the season gets started, the primary (and sometimes only) method of communication will be sportsYou. We will also utilize each team's email distribution list. If you do not download and use this app (or access it via their website), you will miss important announcements.

Once you have downloaded the app (or via the website) and created your account, you will need to join the main "PYS - News & Announcements" group. As teams are finalized, you will be able to join your team(s) group(s) as well.
