Juggling? Yes, juggling! It is good for hand-eye coordination and lets you challenge yourself. Try this ball juggling challenge. Can you get 1 clap? 2 claps? 3 claps? Or more claps? Post a video on our Facebook page or send us one via email so we can see your awesomeness!
We'll highlight our top jugglers later this week! Check back next week for the next challenge and be sure to work on our training drills in between. Good luck!
