The Board of Directors had a meeting on May 27, 2020 and they discussed a variety of topics regarding the upcoming summer season. Before making final decisions, they would like the feedback of all of our registered players (& parents) and volunteers. All registered players and volunteers are required to complete our short COVID-19 survey. Please complete this survey no later than Friday, June 5, 2020.

Each athlete and volunteer should complete their own survey. Different questions are asked of athletes and volunteers. Families with multiple athletes should also complete a separate survey for each athlete as questions do vary based on each athlete's league.
Additional information will be available in the survey, but PDF versions are available for review if you need to access them after you submit the survey.
NOTE: You will be unable to save and resume your survey at a later time like you can do during registration. If your athlete plans to participate this upcoming summer season, they will need to be with you when you complete the survey so they can sign the COVID-19 Supplemental Waiver. If your athlete will not be participating or if you are a volunteer, you will not need an athlete signature and can complete the survey on your own.
All athlete registrations and volunteer applications submitted before 5/28/2020 at 4:00 PM are able to complete a waiver. Registrations and volunteer applications submitted after that will be periodically added and given access to the survey.
